Breathing has been used for centuries as a marker of our nervous system. In this class, we use breath to steer our nervous system back to center. Some of us need a way to slow down or calm down. Some of us would like a little more pep in our step. Special breathing techniques can take us from dysregulation to regulation when practiced safely.
Join us each Friday as Sayde Alexandrescu, MSYT, MSES, exercise program specialist with the Nassif Community Cancer Center, shares the many ways to breathe, with a new practice introduced each week. This class is available to drop-in, so come every week or when your schedule allows.
