Chair Yoga Basics is a gentle form of yoga. It is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. This class teaches basic yoga movements and breath work, while helping to develop the mind-body connection. It is a great practice for everyone, but particularly beneficial for those who may have difficulty getting up and down, off the floor. It helps with symptoms of health issues including hypertension, anxiety, chronic fatigue, arthritis, vertigo, clinical depression, and chronic pain.
