Meditation & Labyrinth Walk

Wellness is Powerful Medicine

Meditation is a mental exercise to help you gain relaxation, inner peace, creativity and inspiration. This is a time to help your mind become silent; stepping away from the happenings in the world around you. You will be able to use the techniques learned in this class, anytime and anywhere.

There will also be a labyrinth walk after meditation from 1:30-3 p.m.

Both the meditation class and labyrinth walk will take place off-site at 1080 30th Street Drive SE in Cedar Rapids.
