SUMMARY:Pelvic Floor Health | Intermediate
DESCRIPTION:Let’s rock around the clock!  This class is for those who have attended the Intro to PFH and are practiced enough to accept the physical movement cued by hours of the clock.    \n\n\n\nBreathing\, physical practices\, and emotional regulation are offered.  There are two intermediate PFH classes scheduled\, one on November 4 and one on November 11. You may attend either or both classes.  If out of practice\, review at the Sept & Oct workshop\, Wednesdays from 3:30-4:15 p.m. \n\n\n\nThis course will include mat and standing exercises.  Patients\, survivors and caregivers are welcome to join Sayde Alexandrescu to attune to health of the pelvic floor.
