SUMMARY:Pelvic Floor Health | 6-Week Workshop
DESCRIPTION:More than half of adults over 70 have some form of Pelvic Floor Disorder including chronic pain\, leakage of urine or gas\, prolapses.  You are not alone.  \n\n\n\nEducation\, physical practices\, and emotional regulation are offered as we explore how pelvic dysfunction develops and what techniques we can use to improve function.  Breathing\, guided visualization\, movement and specific cueing are introduced alongside education.  \n\n\n\nOptions for chair or mat are available in this accessible class.  Patients\, survivors and caregivers are welcome to join Sayde Alexandrescu to restore health to the pelvic floor. \n\n\n\nRegistration is required.
