Banana Cocoa Soy Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup silken tofu
  • ½ soymilk or milk or choice
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:
