September is, in my mind, a classic transition month. Summer may be coming to an end, but yet the weather is usually still warm, and we are still enjoying an abundance of fresh produce. While I love fall, I’m usually not ready to get out the warm sweaters and the roasting pan quite yet. Here are some great recipes to help make summer last just a little longer and pack in some cancer-fighting nutrition super-stars as well.
