Please join us for Mediation at the Community Cancer Center. Meditation is a mental exercise to help you gain relaxation, inner peace, creativity and inspiration. This is a time to help your mind become silent; stepping away from the happenings in the world around you. You will be able to use the techniques learned in this class, anytime and anywhere.
