Please join us for a 4-week Mediation course at the Community Cancer Center. This course will go more in-depth than our regular meditation classes, and participants are encouraged to attend all four classes. Please register for each class you plan to attend.

Meditation is a mental exercise to help you gain relaxation, inner peace, creativity and inspiration. This is a time to help your mind become silent; stepping away from the happenings in the world around you. You will be able to use the techniques learned in this class, anytime and anywhere.
