Curried Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 oz light canned tuna, drained
  • 1 hardboiled egg, cooled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup bread and butter pickles, chopped (or sweet pickles)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp yellow curry
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix gently with fork until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving
