- 16 oz chocolate chips
- 10 oz. package whole unsalted almonds
- ½ cup raisins (optional)
- Place chocolate chips in a medium-sized microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave it for 30 second intervals stirring in between each interval untilchocolate is melted.
- Stir in the almonds and raisins.
- Drop a tablespoon full of the chocolate almond mixture onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper and repeat with remaining mixture. Allow to cool completely.
