Makes one serving.
- 1 Tbsp. tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- A dash each of black pepper, garlic powder, and powdered ginger. Can substitute 1/8 tsp. of fresh grated ginger and chopped garlic for the powdered variety.
- Combine with a small whisk.
