Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (cleaned and cut)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple (cleaned and cut)
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (make by dissolving sugar in hot water at a one-to-one ratio. I dissolved 1/2 cup sugar in 1/2 cup boiling water and had plenty of leftovers after making this recipe)
Instructions
- Blend the strawberries, pineapple, and mint leaves. Then mix/stir in the lemon juice and simple syrup. Serve over ice!
