Homemade granola is the best! I love the smell of roasted cashews and cinnamon in the morning. Such a nice way to wake up. Hello, Fall! I was able to visit Brazil in January of this year and took a trip to one of their markets. It was amazing! I was able to see the cashew apple for the first time which is native to Brazil and so many other native produce that I would never be able to see in Memphis.
The good in this? Pepitas and cashews contain heart healthy fats and are a good source of plant based protein. This granola can be used in a yogurt parfait, as a trail mix snack, or with milk for a quick breakfast.

15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1/4 c cashews
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 c dried cranberries
