Ingredients
- 8-10 oz. cooked salmon
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (I used pink Himalayan sea salt)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking burgers)
- Lemon (for finished product)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
- Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Divide mixture evenly into 3 burgers.
- Cook over medium heat, about 3 minutes per side.
- Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice and topped with fresh avocado if desired on bun or over salad greens.
