1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into quarters ½ medium seedless watermelon, peeled and cut into 3-inch or larger pieces 15 strawberries 2 to 3 peaches or nectarines, halved ¼
Greek flavors are so fresh and tasty, and fish in the slow cooker is so easy! This is a great starter recipe if you’ve never cooked slow-cooked seafood before.
This is an excellent mixed fruit with a little kick, which is frozen in individual cups. Great as a frozen fruit salad, or as a refreshing afternoon snack. It would also make an excellent light dessert.
12 eggs 1/2 cup chopped green onion 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, or to taste 1 cup chopped fresh spinach 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
A favorite way to eat a black bean burger or any type of veggie burger is on a hamburger bun with typical hamburger toppings: tomato, onion, lettuce, mustard and the like. Even though that’s how I show it here, it’s not my favorite way. More often you’ll find me eating my burgers sans the bun. Maybe you’ll like yours one of my preferred ways.
