Breath is emphasized to move the body, hone in on the heart, and steer the mind to center. Yoga can improve quality of life in chronic disorders, during treatment and through survivorship. It is also used for building resilience, resetting nervous system, improving isometric strength.
Important Note About this Class:
Due to this class taking place after business hours, there will be no valet parking available, and the only building entrance open will be from the 3rd Ave & 12th St. parking lot near the St. Luke’s Radiation Center entrance.
