Blackberry Sundaes

1 pint fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt

1 pint (2 cups) blackberries

½ cup low-fat granola cereal

½ cup toasted walnuts or other toasted nuts

In each of 4 small bowls or cups, layer ½ cup frozen yogurt, ½ cup blackberries, ¼ cup granola, and 2 TB toasted walnuts. Makes 4 sundaes.
