Ingredients
- 1-6 inches flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp. pesto sauce (frozen or freshly made)
- ½ cup spinach, trimmed leaves
- 2 dried tomatoes, sliced
- 2 artichoke hearts, sliced
- 2 oz. chicken breast, no skin, baked or broiled
Directions
- Spread tortilla with the pesto sauce.
- Place then the spinach, dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts and chicken.
- Roll and serve warm or cold.
Suggestions
Serve it with a green salad and fruit for dessert for a light meal.
