Mediterranean Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1-6 inches flour tortilla
  • 2 tbsp. pesto sauce (frozen or freshly made)
  • ½ cup spinach, trimmed leaves
  • 2 dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 artichoke hearts, sliced
  • 2 oz. chicken breast, no skin, baked or broiled

Directions

  1. Spread tortilla with the pesto sauce.
  2. Place then the spinach, dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts and chicken.
  3. Roll and serve warm or cold.
Suggestions

Serve it with a green salad and fruit for dessert for a light meal.
