- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 salmon fillets, thawed
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub well onto all sides of salmon fillets. Grill until cooked through, about 8 minutes, over medium-high heat.*This can also be done in the oven.
- Preheat pan in the oven at 450 degrees.
- Using oven mitt, add salmon to the hot pan. Bake 5-8 minutes or until cooked through.
