Spiced Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 salmon fillets, thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub well onto all sides of salmon fillets. Grill until cooked through, about 8 minutes, over medium-high heat.*This can also be done in the oven.
  2. Preheat pan in the oven at 450 degrees.
  3. Using oven mitt, add salmon to the hot pan. Bake 5-8 minutes or until cooked through.
